Project required pipeline re-routes and adjustment activities to accommodate the US Army Corp of Engineers’ (USACE) Floodwall construction project.
Relocation and adjustment of two 12-inch pipelines and a relocation adjustment of one 16-inch pipeline on the levee. Challenges that were under considerations included congested corridors, environmental issues, soil issues and public & government affairs.
