Morrison has joined the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), marking a major step in its growth and reaffirming its commitment to top-tier safety and operational standards in offshore surface-supplied diving across North America. The membership specifically encompasses surface-supplied diving operations in the North American region.
This membership recognizes Morrison’s compliance with IMCA’s rigorous requirements and strengthens its position as a leading provider of underwater construction and maintenance services.
Morrison operates one of the industry’s most extensive saturation dive fleets, featuring an anchor dive vessel, multi-purpose barge, and dynamic positioning vessel—all fully equipped with saturation diving capabilities.
As a leading dive company, we are adept at utilizing the latest in dive support technology, including specialized dive support vessels and equipment.
“The entire Dive Crew has been world-class professionals in every regard. From safety, education, teamwork, and camaraderie, these guys are a team of saturation diving experts that I have never experienced before in my career.”
Our personnel perform deep sea diving and saturation diving in zero or near-zero visibility using surface air, mixed gases, or saturation diving at extreme depths. We also use unmanned remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for certain tasks. All operations are closely monitored and directed from the surface, ensuring that all activities adhere to the highest quality diving safety standards. Rigid controls and advanced equipment, including saturation dive boats, guarantee a safe and effective execution of every dive.
Our warehouse is well-organized and allows for ample storage space to house our inventory, limiting the number of third-party purchases necessary. Our ability to perform QA/QC checks in house on our equipment ensures reliability and efficiency even in the most hostile offshore environments.
Dock support services are provided from our waterfront access facility, which has the capability to dock multiple vessels for simultaneous operations. The loading and offloading of materials and equipment are supported utilizing our yard crane. Water access and on-site warehousing limits excess trucking of equipment to and from third-party facilities. Seamless operations at our subsea facility translate into higher efficiency for your project.
Morrison has an extensive inventory of dive spreads and in-house dive teams that allow our team to either dispatch commercial divers from its company-owned barges and dive vessels or travel with portable systems and perform dive excursions direct from client-provided fixed platforms, drilling rigs, floating production facilities, drilling facilities, or other construction support vessels. Our operations group maintains surface gear onboard company-owned vessels and performs saturation diving support when needed.
View Our VesselsAs a member of ADCI, which represents the commercial diving industry around the world, all Morrison diving personnel are required to hold certifications of qualifications as defined in the ADCI Consensus Standards for commercial diving and underwater operations. Our primary clients include oil and gas upstream producers and midstream pipeline transportation companies. Additionally, we serve EPCIC subsea contractors, EPCIC renewable energy contractors, salvage contractors, structural and subsea engineering firms, project management firms, as well as government entities with marine-based facilities.
We take great pride in our ability to provide clients with well-maintained equipment. Our in-house diving technicians maintain our extensive inventory of diving equipment and associated tools under a robust maintenance program. From the most important life support equipment to the simplest of tools, maintaining quality is of the highest regard.
