The facility was a grass roots project located in McMullen County, Texas. Phase 1 of the facility was to receive and transport stabilized condensate liquid via one 8-inch liquid pipeline and stabilized liquid was to be piped (buried) to Condensate tanks, then piped (sleepers) to Charge Pumps, Product Pumps, and Meter to another facility boundary.
Morrison was contracted to perform civil work that involved foundations, structural and trenching necessary to support the mechanical work in addition to setting of equipment and fabrication and erection of the pipe bridge.
