Logistics Coordinator
Basic Function:
The basic function of the position is responsible for effective planning, managing and coordinating land transportation, vessel transportation and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain Daily Logistics Activity reports.
- Manage company driver’s time and schedule.
- Schedule trucking requirements.
- Schedule third party trucking and docking services for company vessels.
- Issue purchase orders for trucking and dock services.
- Provides support services to Project Management, Operations, and Personnel Management.
Educational Requirements:
a) Education and Training – High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer – Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
